The Role

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will join a small-medium sized accounts receivable team working under the Senior AR officer and will be responsible for:

• Manage end-to-end AR for two major clients
• Navigate and reconcile large Excel datasets (up to 1,000+ lines)
• Process customer payments, claims, credit notes, and adjustments
• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding debts and maintain regular customer contact
• Complete credit limit reviews and maintain clear process documentation
• Monitor aged debtors and assist with monthly reporting
• Support AR process improvements and digitisation initiatives
• Assist with automation projects to streamline AR workflows
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues promptly

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will possess most of the traits below.

• Immediately available to start or 1 week's notice
• Strong Excel ability, VLOOKUP’s & Pivot tables minimum
• 5 years’ experience with Accounts Receivable
