The Company

Our client operates in the hospitality sector in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to go straight permanent for candidates available on short notice. Following a 6-month probation period, the business offers 1–2 days of WFH flexibility.

The Role

Your role as the AR Officer will include the following duties:

• Managing accounts receivable and collections end-to-end
• Overseeing and supervising an offshore team of 3
• Managing key and high-value client accounts
• Ensuring invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner
• Conducting collections via phone and email
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Receivable role, you will meet most of the following criteria:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection
• Hands-on experience using Xero
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Available to commence on short notice (under 2 weeks)
