The Role

Supporting the Business Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Chasing up overdue payments via telephone and email
• Documenting and processing payment plans
• Receipting, allocation and reconciliation of payments
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Managing the inbox and handling any queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Receivable / Collection Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Less than 1 week's notice with full-time working rights
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV - subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply, but must already have Australian/local experience
• Strong AR experience – 3 years minimum
• Intermediate Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) is preferred
