Company Background

Our client is one of Australia’s leading healthcare and home caring organisations based in the heart of the Sydney CBD. They are entering their peak season and are looking for additional support for their team over the next 3 months.

The Role

Supporting the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Chasing up overdue payments via telephone and email
• Documenting and processing payment plans
• Receipting, allocation and reconciliation of payments
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Managing the billing process, including NDIS claims
• Managing the inbox and handling any queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Receivable / Billings Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Must be immediately available with full-time working rights
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV - subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply, but must already have Australian/local experience
• Prior experience with billings (preference is NDIS billings)
• Prior receivables and reconciliations experience
