Standalone AP Role in a Growing National E-Commerce Business

The Role

As the AP Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end AP across domestic and international suppliers
• Processing low-volume but complex invoices, including stock and foreign currency
• Managing PO matching, open PO review and resolving variances
• Supporting international purchasing and CBA Global Trade steps
• Preparing and scheduling manual and automated payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card account reconciliations and related journals
• Providing ad hoc accounting support to the CFO and finance team

Your Background

• Immediately available to start
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Adaptable, forward-thinking and open-minded personality
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
