The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue working in the AP space and learn more skillset. Your duties will include:

• Full function AP duties, including reviewing and coding invoices, processing domestic and foreign payment runs and performing reconciliations
• Credit card management
• Banking duties
• Assist with month-end reporting
• General ledger reconciliations
• Accrual and journals
• Fixed asset reconciliations

Your Background

Our client is looking for a candidate who is keen to learn and possesses the following attributes:

• Minimum 2 years of full-function AP experience
• Good working knowledge of the AP process and workflow
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently work with different stakeholders
• Team-focused attitude and collaborative, positive working style.
