Accounts Payable Officer - IT - Lane Cove

Company Background

Our client is a growing IT business who purchases, restores and sells IT assets. They pride themselves on their sustainable practices and projects and have experienced great growth over the years. 

Due to a period of transition, the finance team are seeking an experienced AP Officer to join initially on a temporary basis, with a view to transitioning to permanent in 2024.

The Role

As the AP Officer you will focus on:

• Processing supplier payments
• Matching PO’s and requesting PO’s
• Managing the ANZ AP inbox
• Managing supplier relationships
• Remittances
• Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving discrepancies

Your Background

To be considered for the AP Officer role you will have:

• Immediate availability
• Prior experience with end-to-end AP processing
• Confident communicator 
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivots)
• Eager to learn and develop
• Netsuite and Xero experience is highly advantageous but not essential
