Accounts Officer - Part-time

Company Background

Our client is a leading Australian design firm working with high-end residential and commercial clients across the country. They are experiencing a period of growth and seeking a talented accounts all-rounder to join their close-knit finance team in their Sydney offices, on a part-time basis, with the potential to WFH once up and running.

The Role

As the Accounts Officer you will focus on:

  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Processing invoice payments
  • Handling supplier relationships
  • Managing project expenses
  • Daily banking
  • Managing AR process

Your Background

To become an integral member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Immediate availability
  • Prior experience with both AP and AR
  • Availability to work 2 days per week
  • Xero experience is beneficial
  • Strong work ethic, and attention to detail
