Company Background

This is the opportunity to join an entertainment business who are a leader in their field across Australia and New Zealand. The finance team are seeking someone with a track record of working through clean-ups/backlogs in processing to join their team during a very busy period for the business.

This is a long-term temporary role with working from home available after an initial training period.

The Role

As the Accounts Officer, you will focus on:

• Collections via the phone and email
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on queries relating to outstanding accounts
• Managing payment plans
• Managing inbound calls and emails
• Account reconciliations
• Aged debtor reporting
• Maintaining and updating client data

Your Background

As the Accounts Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Immediately available
• Intermediate Excel (vlookups & pivot tables as a minimum)
• 2+ years’ experience with the AR process
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Dynamics ERP packages is highly desirable
