The Company

Our client is a privately owned and independently operated commercial property group that has experienced significant growth through acquisition over the past decade.

With a portfolio now valued in the billions, they own and manage a large number of commercial assets, while also developing and constructing new sites in-house.

This is a business with a young, ambitious culture, strong leadership, and a proven track record of promoting internally.

The Role

This Accounts Assistant position has been created due to continued portfolio growth and will support the wider finance team:

  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable reconciliations
  • Daily receipting support when required
  • Assisting with property-related transactions across multiple assets
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payments

Your Background

To be considered for this role, property management or property accounting experience is essential.

You will also have:

  • Solid hands-on AP experience
  • A completed accounting or finance degree (minimum)
  • Strong Australian communication skills
  • Experience working in a property, real estate or related environment
