The Role

This role has been created in a team restructure to support the team. Some of the key responsibilities will be:

• Project accounting for up to 200 small and large media productions, including cost reporting, WIP & utilisation analysis
• Revenue and cost accruals
• Project cost reconciliations
• Fixed asset maintenance for a large fleet of production trucks, and related equipment
• Balance sheet reconciliations to support month-end
• Working closely with production stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting

Your Background

The client is looking for experience in the following areas:

• Fixed asset experience
• Project accounting experience; you will understand the allocation of revenue to multiple job numbers
• WIP and job cost reports
• The confidence and communication skills to chase information from stakeholders all across the business in Australia
• Relationship building skills
• Degree qualified as a minimum
