Giving back this Christmas - our toy drive

For families who are doing it tough daily, Christmas can increase stress even more. As most of us are fortunate to be able to celebrate as we choose, we want to help those who are less fortunate.  Lighting up the eyes of a child at this time of year is the perfect reason to get involved.

Once again, Richard Lloyd has partnered with the Benevolent Society to be part of their ‘Gifts for Good’ campaign, donating gifts to children across New South Wales and Queensland that are being cared for by a family member who is either ageing or has a disability. They are normal, everyday people who have found themselves facing challenges that affect their ability to find a way through hard times.

Many of these children are living in difficult circumstances, with financially disadvantaged parents. These gifts let them know that they deserve a special Christmas just like other children of their age, something many of us take for granted all too often.

If you’d like to make a difference in a child’s Christmas this year, you can drop a gift into our office to place under the Richard Lloyd ‘Gifts for Good’ tree at Level 3, 48 Hunter Street, Sydney. Our aim is to fill our reception with gifts and to help make a difference for these children this Christmas.
