A worthy exercise

At Richard Lloyd, we’re committed to delivering the best service possible to all of our customers. In keeping with our commitment to this, two weeks ago we ran our first brand survey which was sent out to all of our clients and candidates to help us understand where we should head next.

The sheer number of people who took the time out of their busy schedules to provide us with their input, made us feel really proud to have such an engaged customer base. Equally as positive was the volume of interesting ideas that were contributed. It has taken us the last two weeks to get through them all!

As most of you will know, as thanks for your feedback, we were giving away a voucher for Café Sydney to one lucky winner. It’s our pleasure to announce that Sonja Dargan, Human Resources Director at The Clarins Group (pictured below), is the winner. Thank you Sonja, we hope you enjoy your meal!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to give us your feedback. Rest assured that we’re taking it on board and are now hard at work on new initiatives to further strengthen our connection with our customers, building on existing relationships and ensuring that we maintain our reputation of genuine care and great service. Stay tuned over the coming months to watch some of these initiatives come to life.
