As a thank you for referring a candidate that we then place into a job, we will reward you with a $250 voucher.

Our referral scheme excludes candidates who are currently registered with Richard Lloyd Accounting Recruitment Pty Ltd and are actively seeking work.
The voucher will only be provided if the referred candidate is placed into a new job by Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd and completes at least 3 months of work in their new position post-commencement date. The referral voucher will only be available upon completion of this period.
The referring person must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details to be passed over to Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd.
It is the referring person’s responsibility to contact the Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd Recruiter in order to claim their voucher.
There are no limits to the number of referrals a referrer can make.
No replacements or substitutions will be given if the voucher is lost or stolen. No other monetary substitute is available.
Referrals must be provided to Richard Lloyd Recruitment Ltd Pty prior to or at the registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage are not valid.
To qualify for a reward voucher, your referral must be referred and a job found for them within a 1 year period.
Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd can only accept referrals for those who are eligible to work in Australia.
Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of the same value at any time.
Candidates may only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once (by more than one referrer), only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a voucher under this scheme.
Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of this referral thank you scheme at any time without warning or notice.
Richard Lloyd Recruitment Pty Ltd accepts zero liability for any tax implications or liabilities that could arise from this reward.
