Office Manager - Building Services - Parramatta

The Company

Our client is a market-leading, multinational business that provides solutions to the Building Services industry. With a focus on offering their employees long-term career paths, they are a business that is continuously growing. Located near Parramatta, they are close to public transport but also have parking available making it a convenient location to drive to. 

The Role 

Your tasks as the Office Manager will include (but will not be limited to: 

  • Assist in preparing monthly progress claims
  • Organise project folders and documents
  • Assist with handling inquiries from staff, subcontractors, and clients
  • Data entry for staff hours and timesheets 
  • Prepare purchase orders and match with invoices
  • Create management reports using Excel
  • Monitor and record project expenses
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Your Background

To be considered for this Officer Manager role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Blue collar/construction industry experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of business finance and general office management
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
