We schedule regular check-ins with you to present our findings and progress.

6. Shortlist presentation

Having identified and assessed the best potential candidates in the talent pool, we will work with you to select the right individuals to interview.

7. Interview coordination

We coordinate your interview process, facilitate feedback, conduct reference checking, and any other background checks you require.

8. Offer management

At the advanced stage of your recruitment process, we facilitate offer management, acceptance, and importantly, stay in touch with you and your new hire all the way through their notice period and first months in the job to ensure all parties are happy.
