Working closely with a range of clients, you will be involved in meeting with SME companies and assisting them with implementation of new Accounting and payroll softwares. Your role will involve a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing the implementation project end-to-end, including analysis of the client’s needs and solution design and documentation to implement new software
Working with data to assist clients with data migration from their existing system to their new system
Providing training and support to end-users
Assisting the sales team in a pre-sales technical role from time to time

Experience implementing Payroll, HR and Accounting software
