This is a permanent part time role where you will work 3 days per week. As the Accounts Payable Officer, your role will focus on the following duties:
Manually processing invoices
Payment runs and sub-contractor payments
Perform Bank reconciliations
Manage credit cards and employee expenses
Perform Time sheet journals
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for a candidate with the following attributes:
Must have construction industry experience
Possess 3 to 5 years of AP experience
Only want a part time role and happy to work in the office
Great communication skills to deal with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders
Keen to work close to home in Mascot
Hold a Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
