As the Bookkeeper you will enjoy working in a high performing environment. This is a straight forward, yet pivotal role where you will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outsourced payroll function, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations and accounts payable. Additionally you will support the wider finance team with a number of ad-hoc duties as and when needed. You will have the opportunity to take on additional tasks as time progresses; most importantly they are looking for someone that can ‘own’ the aforementioned tasks which are essential for the smooth running of the corporate function.
We are looking for candidates with an eye for detail who love working in a professional and friendly environment. You will have solid hands-on bookkeeping experience and have experience with:
- AP, AR
- GL Reconciliations and posting month end journals
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Cash flow reporting
- Any experience with MYOB would be hugely beneficial
