Our client is a long-standing Private Educator with a history dating back over 100 years. They have a supportive and stable finance team who are seeking an engaging, pro-active and experience AP Officer to join their team and develop their skills.
As a Finance Officer you will be involved in a range of finance, administration and operations-based duties, including:
Processing local and international payments (EFT, Cheques, BPAY)
Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
Processing and allocating expenses
Assisting with month-end and Audit processes
Processing Purchase Orders
Assisting with Management reports
Assisting with Capital budgets
To become a highly valued member of this close-knit finance team you must have the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience in a full-function AP role
Degree qualification as a minimum
Desire to develop your skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach to your work and projects
Strong time management skills – working with various deadlines and stakeholders
