As the Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and be offered a flexible work / life balance.
As the Finance Officer you will be maintaining the companies’ records, performing finance and admin duties, and must be happy to sit on reception.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Office Administration - answering phone calls, booking meeting rooms, restock stationary, maintain kitchen
AP - paying suppliers, rent, staff expenses (weekly payment runs)
AR - issuing client invoices, chasing payments
Credit card reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations when required
Chasing up staff timesheets/sending reminders
To be considered for this exciting Finance Officer role, you will have the following:
At least 2 years’ experience in an all-round finance position
Must be happy to sit on reception desk when you are in the office
Able to commit to the 14 month duration of the contract
Full working rights in Australia
Strong written & verbal communication skills
