Our client is a trusted Not-for-Profit organisation who have been supporting people with disabilities across Sydney for over 30 years. They are going through a period of growth and change, and are currently seeking to strengthen their finance team, on a temporary basis to begin with, with a view to long term.
Working within a talented finance team of 6, you will be involved in the following duties:
Processing supplier invoices
Handling incoming enquiries for accounts
Resolving billing errors
Identifying debtors and following up
Entering payroll data into the system
Updating leave balances and award rates
As the you will have the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience within a full function AP Officer role
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Payroll knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential
Experience using MYOB is beneficial
