The Company

​Our client is a trusted Not-for-Profit organisation who have been supporting people with disabilities across Sydney for over 30 years. They are going through a period of growth and change, and are currently seeking to strengthen their finance team, on a temporary basis to begin with, with a view to long term.

The Role

Working within a talented finance team of 6, you will be involved in the following duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Handling incoming enquiries for accounts

  • Resolving billing errors

  • Identifying debtors and following up

  • Entering payroll data into the system

  • Updating leave balances and award rates

Your Background

As the you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Immediate availability

  • Prior experience within a full function AP Officer role

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral

  • Payroll knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential

  • Experience using MYOB is beneficial
