As the Finance Manager within this high performing team, your role will be varied and will incorporate a number of tasks. Reporting to a high calibre and hugely impressive CFO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Management of the day-to-day accounting function on conjunction with the wider finance team
Management of the month / year end process
Analysis and commentary on company performance
Act as point of contact for the annual Audit
Balance sheet reconciliations, as well as general ledger and P&L maintenance
Consolidation of multiple entities
Ownership of all the tax obligations including BAS, FBT and GST
Working closely with the CFO to deliver the annual budget
Review and improve existing internal process and play a lead role in the implementation of a new ERP
Lead and play a key role of the Accounting team (2 onshore Accountants)
For your application to be considered for this Finance Manager role, it is essential for you to have solid fundamental skills in accounting as well as the drive and ambition to succeed in a fast paced and evolving culture.
You will be a qualified Accountant (CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
You may be looking to take your first step out of a chartered firm and into the commercial arena
Equally, you may have worked in a commercial environment and hold a successful track record of achievement having worked in commerce
You may have worked as a Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant or Finance Manager and are looking to further enhance your career in a dynamic, high growth enterprise
This is a highly varied role and experience working in a fast paced, constantly evolving enterprise is essential in order to succeed in this role.
