This role is supporting the MD and managing a small team with responsibility for:
- Manage the month end process for the agency including P&L preparation
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitor and report on cost/expense targets
- Cashflow reporting
- Oversee the Accounts payable and receivable functions
- Revenue recognition and reporting
- Working with the CFO to improve cost efficiencies
Our client is looking for someone with agency experience as a must. This could be PR, Media, Marketing or Advertising. An understanding of how the industry works will give you the ability to be the right hand person the CFO can lean on.
You will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, and ideally be CPA/CA qualified. A bubbly, enthusiastic nature, a passion for the industry and exceptional communication skills are also essential to be the right candidate for this role.
