This is a small team where the Finance Manager is focused on creating an inclusive and stimulating environment to encourage personal development. This role reports into a talented GM Finance and IT who will provide strategic leadership and mentorship.
This is a broad Finance Manager role starting on a 2-3-month temporary role with the potential for permanency. Your tasks would include but not be limited to:
Management of a team of 3
Manage the annual budget process
Preparing monthly management packs – financial and graphic reports
Balance sheet reconciliations
Statutory reporting – year-end accounts, BAS, PAYG
Involvement in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives
To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you may have prior experience as a Finance Manager, or a Senior Accountant either directly managing or mentoring a small team and looking to take a step up.
You must have prior experience with Salesforce CRM, and a strong preference will be placed on candidates with prior experience with Financial Force, and a background in the not-for-profit industry.
Other criteria include:
Professionally qualified (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Intermediate to advanced Excel (including proven abilities with vlook ups, pivots, and power query)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively business partner with multiple stakeholders
