The Role

As the Collections Officer you will be joining an established Accounts Team. You will be an integral part of the credit function where your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a portfolio of small business clients
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Working to find solutions for your clients
  • Ensuring correct payments are applied to accounts
  • Resolving varying issues for clients
  • Other ad hoc duties

Your Background

To be considered for this Credit Controller role you will have previous experience working in a similar customer focused credit control position. Experience managing and building client relationships is essential. Your role is critical to the success of the credit control function, so you must have good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
