This Company Accountant role will supervise a team of 3 finance officers and 2 admin staff. Your technical responsibilities will include:
Monthly P&L reporting for management
Balance sheet reconciliations
Budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Payroll & superannuation payments and reporting
Oversight of the Accounts Payable & Receivables function including debt collection
Annual ATO reporting requirements
Our client is looking for someone who is CA or CPA qualified, who has worked in a smaller team environment and managed staff. Excellent communication skills are a must.
A very high preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the logistics/shipping/transportation industries.
