There are 2 positions available with our client that sit in the shared services team:
High volume of collection calls
Customer account management
Negotiation on overdue payments
Processing customer refunds
Processing credit applications
Managing cashflow reports
To be considered for these roles, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
At least 2-3 years in a Credit or AR position
SAP Experience is highly desirable
