They are located in Botany and possess a collaborative and supportive culture. This great company is now looking for a Part time Collections Officer to come on board and work in a temp to permanent opportunity where you will work with a great group of people.
In this Part time Collections Officer position your main duties will include:
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Collections from well established clients
- Assist with AP during month end
- Developing and maintaining client relations
- Administrative duties
This is part time role where you can work across 3 full days or 5 shorter days. This is an important role as you will contribute to improving the cash flow of the business. Your primary focus will be to arrange payments with existing clients.
To be successful in this Part time Collections Officer role, you must have at least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume collections role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must due to the nature of this role. A proven track record working in an autonomous role will be highly advantageous. If you enjoy calling clients and are happy to chase outstanding debts, this could be the role for you.
