Our client is a successful distribution business that has experienced year on year growth. They are based in the Sydney CBD fringe with modern and open plan offices. Due to an impressive trajectory of growth, an opportunity has arisen identified for a skilled Bookkeeper to join this supportive and hardworking Finance team. You will report directly to a talented Financial Controller who is focused on creating an inclusive and stimulating environment.
This is busy Bookkeeper role supporting the Financial Controller and Accountant. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Full-function Accounts Payable
Managing invoices from various divisions within ANZ
Inputting, coding and matching invoices
Weekly and monthly payments
Investigations and queries from suppliers
Full-function Account Receivable
Generating invoices and account statements
Uploading and reconciling bank transactions
Cash and credit card reconciliations and allocations
Assisting the Accountant with any adhoc requests
To be successful in this temporary Bookkeeper you will have:
Previous experience in a busy, complex transaction environment
Worked within a multi-entity / multi-national environment
Product/Inventory based experience is advantageous
Excellent time management skills
Experience liaising with various business units and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
