Our client is one of Australia’s most successful and fastest growing privately-owned property companies. Operating out of beautifully appointed central CBD offices, their product offerings include property development, funds management and asset management. They have recently secured a number of major assets which has meant a need of growth in the finance team.
As the Accounts Clerk, you will be working within a small finance team and working closely with the Property Analyst providing a much-needed level of support. The responsibilities of the role will include processing invoices, posting journals, bank reconciliations and assisting the finance team in any ad-hoc duties.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience in a similar role and be confident in your Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and reconciliations abilities. You must be happy to work in a role which can be manual and process driven. You need to be an autonomous worker and happy to work in a small but driven finance team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a pre-requisite in order to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
