As the AR / Collections Officer, you will take ownership of the full function, managing the whole process. Your duties will include:
70% of the role – Day to day
Collections, mostly by email
Investigating for the outstanding, cleaning the system
30% of the role - Project Work
Documenting end to end process (flow charts)
You will use your excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external clients with confidence. A recent background in a similar role is required - it could be a couple of years’ experience or perhaps you are a seasoned professional. Our client wants you onboard ASAP - you will also ideally be immediately available.
