Our client is a professional services firm who are leaders in their field, winning multiple awards over recent years. They have harbored a supportive, hardworking, energetic and social team environment within their Sydney office, and are looking for an experienced AR Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will report to a talented Finance Manager. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing and allocating receipts and cheques
Daily banking duties
WIP adjustments, transfers and write-offs
Generating WIP and debtors reports
Assisting with billings where required
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience within a similar professional services style business (consulting, legal, media, engineering)
Full function AR experience within a fast-paced environment
Systems experience - exposure to more complex ERPs and accounting softwares
Excellent interpersonal skills – can communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of WIP and Billings is advantageous
