The Role
The role is a full function accounts payable role and your duties will include (but not limited to):
Processing and payment of all supplier invoices and staff expense claims
Reconciliations include supplier reconciliations
Monthly reporting on AP
Assisting with maintenance of trust accounts
File maintenance including opening and closing files
Ad hoc duties as required
Your Background
To be considered for this AP Officer role, you should have the following skills and attributes:
Full function Accounts Payable experience
Knowledge of accounting systems and software (exposure to Aderant is desirable)
Experience in a legal or professional services environment
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Wants to work in an AP team
