The Company

They are now looking for a talented, social, and driven AP & AR Officer to join the team due to growth! The position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

As the AP & AR Officer, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable across multiple entities - full function

  • Intercompany transactions

  • International payment processing

  • Accounts Receivable processing - full function

  • Assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations and journals

Your Background

To be considered for this AP/ AR Officer opportunity you will have:

  • Proven experience as an AP Officer or Accounts Clerk

  • Experience in Insurance or Professional services (highly regarded but not essential)

  • Great attention to detail

  • Confidence to interact with different stakeholders

  • It is essential that you are a confident communicator (both written and verbal)
