As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to a talented Finance Manager and be joining a professional and hardworking finance team. This is a permanent full-function role with the following duties:
- Coding of invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Credit card and supplier reconciliations
- Assisting with month end procedures
- Assisting with bank reconciliations & petty cash reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Analytical duties
Develop your accounting and systems skills as you contribute to the continued success of this global organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar full function accounts payable role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as you will respond to queries and work with individuals across all levels of seniority. You must be methodical, process driven and competent in handling volumes of data whilst taking pride in maintaining a high level of accuracy. Your ability to work independently in a process driven environment is essential to success. This role is suited for a candidate who also wants to take on some analytical and fixed asset accounting duties.
