Our client is a well-known, not-for-profit services organisation that is currently based in the Inner West. They have a highly supportive team culture and a manager who is pleasant and approachable.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract. As the Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Senior AP officer
- Processing invoices, payments and petty cash
- Performing month end bank reconciliations
- Expense claims
- Liaising with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this AP Officer position you must have at least 1 - 2 years of experience working in a full function Accounts Payable position. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to attend to supplier queries. In addition, the ability to start ASAP or within a weeks time would be preferred.
