The Company

Our client is an Australian ASX-listed software development and technology company that is operating out of open plan central CBD offices. Our client has developed and sold a range of software that makes them a leader in the market.

The Role

As the Accounts Clerk, you will be working within a small finance team, where most of your time will be taken up by Accounts Receivable duties.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Billings
  • Receipting and allocations
  • Maintenance of the ledger
  • Collection calls
  • Reconciliations


  • Processing of invoices
  • Support for the current AP officer

Payroll experience would be highly regarded but not essential.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar position and be confident in your AR and AP abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) are a prerequisite in order to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
