This Bookkeeper role is the supporting role in the team, with plenty of interaction with clients & talent.
Responsibilities will include:
Talent ledger maintenance including generating payments for staff, processing expense deductions, dealing with queries, reconciling ledgers, and collating annual payment summaries for talent.
General creditor ledger maintenance including the processing of supplier invoices including expenses for staff such as composite cards, dealing with creditor queries
Debtor data processing and ledger maintenance including invoicing, dealing with client queries, receipting, and creating credit notes for clients, tax withheld at the source, reconciling ledgers and debt collection.
Our client is looking for someone who is bright, bubbly, and enjoys people interaction as part of their role.
You must have had a few years in a broad supporting finance role with tasks including Accounts Payable & Receivable.
There is no need for any professional qualifications for this role – hands-on experience & the right personality is more than enough!
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.
