Our client is a leader in the construction industry with over 50 years of combined experience in the leadership team. They are Australia-wide and have plans to grow the business another 30% with projects in the pipeline under tender.

This Accounts Assistant Role has been created to support the Financial Controller, who will be your direct mentor.
Initial responsibilities would be:
Accounts payable, full function including supplier reconciliation
Balance sheet reconciliations
Setting up new vendors in the CRM
Assist with insurances & compliance documents
You will be trained on more month end support tasks once you learn the tasks above and are able to complete them timely. This is the great benefit of reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in an accounting related role. This is a junior role so no more than 4-5 years.
You will have a qualification in Accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are able to work on the lower north shore in Sydney
You are an eager learner who wants to take on new tasks
