It is a great company that is now looking for an Accounts Assistant to come on board and enjoy a permanent opportunity with the added bonus of working with a lovely group of people.
This is a full time permanent position working in a privately owned medium sized consultancy business. It is a hands-on position role where your main duties will include:
80% accounting, 20% administration
Accounts Receivable – debtor management and customer invoicing
Daily cashflow reporting
Assisting with some month end duties
Ad hoc reporting for the FC and CEO
You will sit with the finance team and report into an experienced and supportive manager that is happy to mentor and train.
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant position, our client is looking for the following attributes:
2 to 3 years of experience in either an AR role or Accounts Clerk / Assistant position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be constantly liaising with different levels of management as well as suppliers and vendors.
A good attitude to learn and a strong desire to learn
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
